Zenn is a native of the harsh underhive slums of Kanihirium - the hive city capital of Mormark. After being selected for Astartes training he impressed his instructors with his intimate knowledge of explosives and vehicle operation despite his young age, and developed these skills further during training.
As a scout Zenn demonstrates excellent skill at explosives & demolition operations, and has proven an excellent driver in all ground vehicles utilised by the chapter, particularly the fast land speeders favoured by scouts. However he has yet to be tested in straight, face-to-face combat with the enemy.
In 353.M41 Zenn was promoted to Scout Sergeant. In 357.M41 he was the commander of Operation Right Eye.
